Thanks to this method the level of such complications as pneumothorax to 0 and the level early death from invasive ventilation - almost 2-fold, astana.kz informs.

The main problem of newborn children is gaseous exchange disorder - respiratory distress denoting critical condition of the infant. It’s not labored breathing, but oxygen lowering and carbon dioxide increasing. And since 2009 the method of noninvasive assisted breathing CPAP has been widely used in the neonatal resuscitation of the city hospital №1, which allowed reducing the level of complications.

Note that efficiency of this method is connected with improving of ventilation capabilities and increasing of oxygenation, reducing of aerodynamic resistance in respiratory airways, support of respiratory airways stability and increasing of lung compliance.
