Implementation of National Unity Doctrine provides equal opportunities for self-realization of everyone: M.Kul-Mukhammed

ASTANA. May 18. KAZINFORM /Serik Sabekov/ "Realization of the activities of the second part of the National Unity Doctrine will allow to create firm economic and social basis for full provision of constitutional rights of people", Kazakh Minister of Culture Mukhtar Kul-Mukhammed has said today at the Government's session.
"The activities of this part intend further realization and adoption of a complex of socially significant program documents that provide equal opportunities for self-realization of every Kazakhstani in all spheres of life", the Minister said.
According to him, it concerns the Kazakhstan's National Human Rights Action Plan for 2009-2012, Industrialization Map for 2010-2014, the state program of development of rural areas and other programs.
