IMF welcomes China?s plan to invest USD 50 bln in Fund bonds

WASHINGTON. June 10. KAINFORM /Aliya Altyngazina/ Managing Director of the International Monetary Fund (IMF) Dominique Strauss-Kahn welcomes China?s plan to invest USD 50 bln in the IMF bonds; Kazinform reports.
The Fund?s top management considers that the Chinese decision will allow to expand opportunities of the international institution on assistance to the countries affected by the crisis. Moreover, it will promote early rehabilitation of global economy.
