ASTANA. April 6. KAZINFORM /Kanat Kulshmanov/ The Action Plan (?road map?) for 2009 on execution of President Nursultan Nazarbayev?s commissions sounded in the Message to the Nation is being implemented slowly. Kazakh Prime Minister Karim Massimov has made it public at the Government?s telephone conference; Kazinform reports.
?I think that consideration and preparation of this issue (?road map?) unreasonably delayed. We will report on the budget, and the Head of the State will sign it in the nearest time?, K.Massimov said.
?All mayors and governors should strictly control these issues?, the Premier emphasized.
?The road map? elaborated by the Government takes into account global economic tendencies, and is supposed to overcome the consequences of production cutback, includes the measures against unemployment, and creation of conditions for stable post-crisis development.
