ASTANA. January 28. KAZINFORM /Serik Sabekov/ "I put high hopes on the Kazakh President's instruction on development of a new program on ensuring employment of the population," Deputy of the Kazakh Senate Svetlana Dzhalmagambetova has said it commenting on the President's Address to the Nation.
As the deputy noted, in his Address the Head of State urged the Government jointly with akimats and business community to elaborate a new program which will provide public training of specialties which are needed for the Program of Forced Induatrial-Innovative Program and development of the agroindustrial complex free of charge.
"Training courses should be funded not only by the state, but also supported by businessmen presently involved in investment projects. I think it will be a very interesting program", she outlined.
According to the Senator, the second positive point that can be noted is development of housing and utilities sector.
