ASTANA. July 10. KAIZNFORM "Social issues must not be postponed," Kazakh President Nursultan Nazarbayev said in his Program "Social Modernization of Kazakhstan: Twenty Steps Towards a Universal Labor Society" that has been published today in the leading media of the country.
"January 27, I spoke with my State-of-the-Nation Address "Social Economic Modernization is the Main Vector of Kazakhstan's Development." It is vitally necessary for Kazakhstan to find an optimal balance between economic success and ensuring public benefits. This is the key goal of the social economic modernization," N. Nazarbayev noted.
I gave concrete instructions to the Government in the Address-2012 and the state mechanism began to work. However, I'm not satisfied with the pace and quality of completion of my Address," the Kazakh President emphasized.
