Human Resources Sectoral Council for Mining and Metallurgical Complex to be established in Kazakhstan

ASTANA. July 5. KAZINFORM /Serik Sabekov/ A memorandum on establishment of Human Resources Sectoral Council for Mining and Metallurgical Complex was signed today upon the completion of the 'roundtable' held within the International Mining and Metallurgy Congress AMM-2011 in Astana.
According to representative of Human Capital Lea Company Gulmira Mukanova, there is a huge gap between the expectations of employers for their future employees and higher education institutes graduates who are prospective employees. As she says, there are a lot graduates specialized in one definite field and there is a lack in another.
'We do not have labor market regulation hence we have such imbalance in this field,' G. Mukanova emphasized.
