Human error behind June Osprey crash in Florida: Pentagon

WASHINGTON. August 31. KAZINFORM The U.S. Defense Department said Thursday its investigations show that errors by the pilot and other crew resulted in the June crash of a CV-22 Osprey transport aircraft in Florida.
The U.S. Air Force crew members failed to properly deal with airflows from another aircraft flying ahead, the Pentagon said, Kyodo reports.
The Pentagon's investigation board said it "found by clear and convincing evidence that the cause of the mishap was the crew's failure to keep the aircraft clear of the lead aircraft's wake."
