Huge batch of marijuana seized in Kostanay rgn

KOSTANAY. KAZINFORM - Police has detained a resident of Sarykol, Kostanay region, who had more than 47 kg of marijuana and about 3 kg of hashish in his house, according to the press service of the regional Internal Affairs Department.
The man told the police that he kept the drugs in his yard "for personal use". Illegal drugs were found in four aluminum jars. 18 packages with hashish were found in an outdoor shower. Criminal case under the Article 259, part 3 of the Criminal Code was initiated. The man was out into a detention center.
