House building factory to be established on basis of Industrial Park in Astana

"We implement a new project on construction of a house building factory in the Industrial Park of Astana occupying 15 ha of the land in the free economic zone within the framework of the Industrialization Program and Affordable Housing - 2020 Program. It definitely provides additional preferences for production," head of the project on construction of the factory of "Shar Kurylys" LLP Dinmukhamed Kussainov said in the interview for Pm.kz site.

According to him, the first products of the factory are scheduled for the first half of 2013. Establishment of the factory is held jointly with well-known German manufacturer of the equipment for house building "Weckenmann" company.

An accredited laboratory will be working in the factory with the main task to improve concrete compositions, development of new materials, control over the technological process.

High-tech production and the work of the factory's design department will allow it to optimize the use of the allocated land in accordance with the plan, configuration and situation of the facility in the city's architectural complex.

"There is a number of specifications which make the difference of panel houses. First of all, these are better thermal and physical qualities of houses. Thanks to this unique technology of designing facades, the issues of energy saving and moisture resistance will be addressed very effectively," D. Kussainov added.

ItshouldbenotedthattheprojectwasapprovedwithintheBusinessRoadMap- 2020 ProgramandProductivity- 2020 Program. Within the framework of the latter, it is planned to purchase equipment through lease financing on 5% from DBK-Leasing JSC.

In whole, establishment of the factory will allow to improve production technologies and technologies of construction, increase production capacities in order to create high-quality materials meeting all the requirements of the market.
