Home prices keep climbing in Kazakhstan

ASTANA. January 9. KAZINFORM Kazakhstan saw upsurge in resale prices of fully furnished apartments in December 2013.
According to the Statistics Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the resale prices of fully furnished apartments increased by 0.6 per cent last December, compared to previous months.
The average cost of one square meter of new housing in Kazakhstan in December 2013 totaled KZT 189 124 or nearly USD 1 230.
