Holland to invest in Atyrau agroindustry

ATYRAU. KAZINFORM As stated at the meeting of governor of the Atyrau region Baktykozha Izmukhambetov and an official delegation of the Netherlands, Holland is ready to increase its investments into the agro-industrial complex of the region.
There are 12 Dutch companies working in the region so far. The region accelerated developing its agriculture sector lately. Its agro-industrial complex applies Dutch technologies in poultry farming, construction of greeneries that promote efficiency of production. A new fish breeding and black caviar production project based on the Dutch technologies was launched this year. A dairy complex was built and put on-stream. However, there are lots of directions yet the Dutch companies would like to work with the local businessmen," the governor said.
