ANA. July 6. KAZINFORM /Muratbek Makulbekov/ Holding the 51st International Mathematical Olympiad in Astana is a presentable gift to the Day of Astana. Minister of Education and Science Zhanseit Tuimebayev has said it to journalists.
The Minister noted that Kazakhstan was honored to hold the Olympiad because the world mathematical community knows our country well. Owing to support of President Nursultan Nazarbayev the mathematical education in our country reaches such level that the Kazakh school students can participate and win prizes in the most prestigious international competitions.
