Highways flooded across Kazakhstan

ASTANA. KAZINFORM - Snow melt waters have shut down more roads in three regions of the country, Kazinform has learnt from Emergency Committee under the Ministry of Interior.
"Kalkaman-Bayanaul-Umutker-Ulyanovsk" (0-93 km) and Karaganda-Karkaraly roads of Karaganda region have been closed for all types of vehicles. Melt water flood shut down "Semey-Kainar" (140 km), "Borodulikha-Zhezkent" (0 to 18 km) road section in East Kazakhstan region. Pavlodar region's authorities have restricted vehicular traffic on "Ulyanovsk-Kerey-Umutker" road (93-265 km).
