ASTANA. May 6. KAZINFORM /Muratbek Makulbekov/ "Along with the high ranks the state places high responsibility," President of Kazakhstan Nursultan Nazarbayev told the military and law enforcement officers awarded with military ranks and generalship.
"I believe that you and members of your families will remember the high ranks awarding ceremony in the year of 20th anniversary of Kazakhstan's independence as a significant event," Nursultan Nazarbayev said.
