Heavy precipitation forecast for E Kazakhstan region

ASTANA. KAZINFORM - Kazhydromet has issued a storm alert for East Kazakhstan region, Kazinform reports.
"Chances of precipitation (snowfall and rain) will be very high in East Kazakhstan region on November 10. Blizzard, fog and black ice are forecast for the region. Gusts of wind will reach 20-30 mps," Kazhydromet's statement reads.
