Healthcare Ministry: EurAsEc should have common lawmaking rules

ANA. October 15. KAZINFORM /Damir Baimanov/ Kazakh Healthcare Minister Zhaksylyk Doskaliyev proposes to make some rules of development of national laws common for all EurAsEC countries. He announced it at the VII session of the Healthcare Council under the EurAsEC Integration Committee.
The Head of the Kazakh Ministry noted that while other countries work upon the development of pharmaceutical law, Kazakhstan already has it.
"It is necessary to make some rules of development of national laws on pharmaceuticals general for everyone. These norms must be recognized in other countries. It will allow pharmaceuticals from our countries to pass registration faster", Z.Doskaliyev noted.
He expressed assurance that such steps will better cooperation between the EurAsEC countries.
