Heads of E Kazakhstan and Chelyabinsk regions agreed on coop

UST-KAMENOGORSK. KAZINFORM - On the sideline of the XI Forum of Interregional Cooperation of Russia and Kazakhstan Governor of the Chelyabinsk region of the Russian Federation Boris Dubrovsky and Akim of East Kazakhstan region Berdybek Saparbayev have signed an agreement on cooperation.
The leaders of the two regions of Kazakhstan and Russia have agreed to collaborate in the spheres of economy, trade, agriculture, science, technology, education and culture. In addition, the parties will create the conditions for the expansion of trade relations between the two regions; economic development and investment activities; enhancement of relations in the sphere of agriculture and food processing industry; evolvement of cultural and humanitarian relations and education. It should be noted that the regions intend to expand cooperation in scientific research and technological development.
