Head of State visited Bukhar Zhyrau Towers multi-functional housing complex in Almaty

As earlier reported the Head of the State has left for Almaty today with a working visit.

The housing complex was completed by TS Engineering Group within the state support of shared construction together with SamrukKazyna National Welfare Fund and Kazkommertsbank JSC. The complex consists of four 22-floored buildings organically connected with each other on the first floors. The budget of the project made KZT 20 bln. KZT 10 bln of them were provided by the housing investors, KZT 5 bln - by Kazkommertsbank and KZT 5 bln - the funds of SamrukKazyna.

The complex is located in the area of basin of the Yessentay River. It is provided with underground and surface car parking, the up-to-date engineering system and equipment. A fitness center with a swimming pool and a supermarket are located on the first floor of the complex .
