Head of State urged Government to set up new system of Kazakh science

ANA. September 4. KAZINFORM /Aigul Tulekbayeva/ The President instructed the Government to elaborate an action plan on creation of a new system of the national science, including legislative novelties.
At the session of the council on science and scientific policy Kazakh President Nursultan Nazarbayev also noted that it is necessary to outline all procedures connected with the contests on scientific researches in the sphere of regulation of the Law on public purchases.
Besides, the Head of the State noted that the Kazakh Ministry of Education and Science, the Committee of Science must provide all financial and technical aspects of functioning of the new scientific system.
He charged to organize such coordination of business, science and education that could provide accumulation of knowledge, speedy information exchange, elaboration and introduction of technological decisions.
