Decree of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan

On signing of the Agreement between the

Republic of Kazakhstan and the Republic of Italy

for extradition

In accordance with the sub-paragraph 1 ) of Article 8 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan from May 30, 2005 "On International Treaties of the Republic of Kazakhstan" I hereby Resolve:

1. To approve the draft Agreement between the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Republic of Italy for extradition.

2 . Authorize the Attorney General of the Republic of Kazakhstan Ashat Daulbayev to sign on behalf of the Republic of Kazakhstan the Agreement between the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Republic of Italy for extradition allowing to make changes and additions that have no principle.

3 . The Decree shall come into force upon signature.
