Head of State signed law on ratification of loan agr't between Kazakhstan and IBRD

ASTANA. July 2. KAZINFORM Head of State Nursultan Nazarbayev signed the Law of Kazakhstan "On ratification of the Loan Agreement (Technical and vocational education modernization project) between Kazakhstan and the International Bank for Reconstruction and Development (IBRD), the President's press service informs.
