Head of State reported on social and economic development of Kyzylorda rgn
Governor of Kyzylorda region Nurlybek Nalibayev reported Kazakh Head of State Kassym-Jomart Tokayev on the main indicators of social and economic development of Kyzylorda region, Kazinform cites Akorda.
According to the governor, the region saw manufacturing rise by 115.8%, agriculture by 101.6%, construction by 126.4%, housing construction by 118.9%, and trade by 104.1%. The volume of investments in fixed capital is expected to be increased to KZT472bn this year, most of which are private investments.
As part of the Comfortable school project, 27 schools are to be constructed in the region in the next three years.
Construction of a 300-bed general hospital with its clinic, oncological unit, and blood center is ongoing. As part of the national project Modernization of rural healthcare, 27 outpatient facilities are under construction across the region.
A number of sports and social and cultural facilities are to be commissioned in the region.
Earlier it was reported that President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev had inspected the concrete products plant in Kyzylorda.
