Head of State receives Baiterek Holding chairman

During the meeting K. Bishimbayev reported to the President on the results of the holding's activity in 2013, as well as investment projects implemented by the group of companies. Nursultan Nazarbayev noted that the funds allocated by the state to finance small and medium-sized enterprises should be effectively utilized in order to ensure positive impact on the further development of the economy. K. Bishimbayev said that Baiterek holding has adopted the Development Strategy for 2014-2023. Its main directions are involved in the implementation of "Kazakhstan-2050" Strategy, funding of the program of industrial-innovative development, support of small and medium businesses, and attracting foreign and domestic investment. Following the meeting the Head of State gave a number of specific instructions.
