Head of State OKs amendments to Civil Procedure Code

NUR-SULTAN. KAZINFORM – Head of State Kassym-Jomart Tokayev has signed the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan «On amendments to the Civil Procedure Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan on the issues of the introduction of modern formats of the court’s work, reduction of court formalities and costs», Kazinform has learnt from the Akorda’s press service.
