Head of State instructs to set up new rules on beneficiaries' participation in employment programs

ASTANA . January 17. KAZINFORM - President Nursultan Nazarbayev has instructed to introduce new rules on benefit recipients' obligatory participation in employment and adaptation programs.

"We must continue to reduce poverty and restrain unemployment growth. It is important not to allow the increase of welfare mentality. It is necessary to set up rules on beneficiaries' obligatory participation in employment and social integration programs", said the President.
