Head of State inks decree setting off-year elections of President of the Republic of Kazakhstan

DECREE of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan on setting off-year elections of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan In accordance with paragraph 1.3 of Article 41 of the Constitution of the Republic of Kazakhstan I HEREBY DECREE: 1. To set off-year elections of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan on April 26, 2015. 2. Central Election Commission of the Republic of Kazakhstan to provide the organization and holding of early presidential elections. 3. Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan to take necessary measures for organizational, material and technical and financial support for the snap presidential elections. 4. Akims of regions, cities of Astana and Almaty to ensure the timely preparation and accuracy of the lists of citizens eligible to vote; to fully support central, territorial and precinct election commissions in the matters of organization and holding early presidential elections. 5.
