Head of State honors selfless work of rescue workers amid chaotic weather

President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev honored rescuers, law-enforcers, paramedics, public utilities workers for their selfless work amid chaotic weather conditions on roads of the country, Kazinform News Agency cites the Akorda press service.
Snow and blizzard storms pounded regions of Kazakhstan trapping hundreds of motorists and their passengers on highways. Rescuers, law-enforcers, paramedics, and public utilities workers selflessly worked around the clock to lend a helping hand to those stranded on roads.
President Tokayev expressed his heartfelt gratitude, wished wellbeing and honored those involved in rescue efforts with state awards.
