Head of OSCE Parliamentary Assembly highly appraises Kazakhstan’s presidency in OSCE

ASTANA. October 11. KAZINFORM The issues of inter-parliamentary cooperation were discussed at the meeting of the Kazakh delegation, which takes part in the OSCE Parliamentary Assembly's autumn session, with Chairman of the Parliamentary Assembly Petros Efthimiou on October 10, the press service of the Senate of the Parliament of Kazakhstan informs.
The Kazakh delegation was headed by deputy of the Senate of the Parliament, Chairman of the Committee on Foreign Affairs, Defense and Security Kuanysh Sultanov.
K. Sultanov informed Petros Efthimiou of the course of preparation for a session of the OSCE PA Bureau which scheduled for 30 in Astana.
The Head of the Parliamentary Assembly highly appraised the presidency of Kazakhstan in the OSCE and expressed his belief in the success of the upcoming Summit of the Organization in Astana.
'Kazakhstan plays an important role in ensuring stability in the Central Asia', P. Efthimiou said.
