Head of Kazakh Central Election Commission positive on Kyrgyz presidential elections

SHKEK. November 1. KAZINFORM /Arnur Rakhymbekov/ Chairman of Kazakh Central Election Commission Kuandyk Turgankulov gave an interview to Kyrgyz media regarding the results of monitoring presidential elections in Kyrgyzstan.
Turgankulov gave positive evaluations to the past elections. He noted that 76 Kazakh observers including five members of the Central Election Commission took part in the election monitoring.
Kazakh observers noted that one of the major shortcomings of the election was the imperfection of making a list of voters.
