HC Lada officially joins Kontinental Hockey League

ASTANA. KAZINFORM - The Kontinental Hockey League (KHL) is expanding by adding another Russian hockey club - Lada from Tolyatti, Kazinform refers to Vesti.kz.
With its new ice arena HC Lada will join the league in 2014-15. KHL President Alexander Medvedev announced in March 2014 the league would welcome two more clubs next season - Jokerit Helsinki and Lada Togliatti. Another potential city for expansion is Sochi.
