Guaranteed transfer volume to amount KZT 3.8 billion in 2012-2015 - B. Sagintayev

ASTANA. September 11. KAZINFORM A draft law "On guaranteed transfer from the Kazakh National Fund for 2013-2015" was presented today in Majilis.
According to Kazakh Minister of Economic Development and Trade Bakhytzhan Sagintayev, the draft law is worked out in accordance with the Budget Code. It provides the volume of a guaranteed transfer from the National Fund to the republican budget: KZT 1 bln 380 million in 2013, and KZT 1 bln 188 million in 2014-2015.
"This size of the guaranteed transfer in 2013-2015 provides the rule of minimum balance to the amount of 20% of the GDP forecast at the end of the financial year. Besides, the net savings of the Fund will be covered and according to the forecasts the National Fund will exceed USD100 billion in 2015," B.Sagintayev said.
