Ground frosts to grip 2 rgns of Kazakhstan

NUR-SULTAN. KAZINFORM Mets warn of ground frosts expected in Karaganda region tomorrow with air temperature dropping as low as to 2 degrees Celsius. Fog will blanket the region locally. High wind will sweep through the region.
On September 26 Kostanay region will also face ground frosts. Air temperature will read 3 degrees Celsius. Chances of storm are high.
