"I was born in Yevpatoriya. After I graduated the institute in Sverdlovsk in 1962 I came to North Kazakhstan. I had worked at the Petropavlovsk Thermal Power Plant for 15 years, and then I began my business. And now I have been heading my company producing boilers for 32 years already. I have lived a bigger part of my life in Kazakhstan. Kazakhstan is a great country. I just need to say thanks to the President of Kazakhstan that all ethnicities can live and work in this country," I. Ratsinov says. Ilya also has the international family. His wife is half Tuvinian and half Russian. His son-in-law is Russian, daughter-in-law is Polish. Ilya continues to work hard despite he is already an 80 years old man.
