Grand Muftis of Kazakhstan and Mongolia sign cooperation memo

ASTANA. KAZINFORM - Grand Mufti of Kazakhstan Yerzhan Malgajyuly Mayamerov and his Mongolian counterpart Oserhan Mukai have signed a memorandum of friendship and cooperation, the press service of the Spiritual Administration of Muslims of Kazakhstan reports.
During the visit of the Mongolian delegation to Kazakhstan the parties agreed on the formation of a group of qualified imams, training of Mongolian citizens in religious educational institutions of Kazakhstan under the Spiritual Administration of Muslims and participation in scientific conferences. As it was previously reported, Kazakhstan was visited by Mongolian delegation headed by the Mufti of the country Oserhan Mukai and Acting Chairman of Congress of Mongolia Muslims Batyrbek Hadys.
