Government working group pleased with preparation to heating season in Karaganda rgn

KARAGANDA. October 20. KAZINFORM A preparation to the heating season in Karaganda region was conducted in accordance to the schedules," Chairman of the Committee of State Energy Supervision and Control of the Kazakh Ministry of Industry and New Technologies Arman Turlybek reported during the meeting, following the trip of Government working group headed by Kazakh Deputy Prime Minister Krymbek Kusherbayev in Karaganda region.
Besides, the head of the Committee stressed the problematic issues. Thus, they are condition of the main and auxiliary equipment, low volume of repair heating systems in some regions, payable by enterprises to service providers and a great number of electric network companies in the region.
According to him it is necessary to increase the responsibility of local agencies, to enter the Akimat's rating activity to prepare for the heating season. In his view, An advanced training for the heads of energy departments and housing, construction and utilities and deputy governors, overseeing this area should also organized.
