Government to address seriously water supply issues: K.Massimov

ASTANA. July 13. KAZINFORM /Kanat Kulshmanov/ "By the instruction of the President the Kazakh Government will seriously address the issues of provision of the population with drinking water", Karim Massimov has said today at the telephone conference of the Government.
"The drinking water for our citizens is one of the most important issues. We haven't addressed this issue during last two-three years due to the crisis. But this is a strategic issue, the health of the nation depends on it", K.Massimov said.
"Mr. Shukeyev, I charge you to coordinate this work. We must discuss the main approaches by August 15. The water supply issue must be the priority of the national budget for 2010-2011", the Premier said.
