The Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan has decreed:

1. Make alterations to the resolution of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan as of September 7, 2012 № 1162 "On Amending Resolution of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan from October 15, 2005 № 1036" On export customs duties on crude oil and products produced from crude oil "(Collected Acts of the President and the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan, 2012 № 70, art. 1010) as follows;

paragraphs 15. 6. 7. 8. 9. 10, 11 of Point 1 to be stated as follows:

"In the column "rate of duty (in dollars per 1 ton) ";

the numbers "164.97", "109.98", "109.98", "109.98" to be replaced by the numbers "168.88", "112.59", "112.59", "112.59" . ".

2. The Resolution is to come into force from the date of first publication.
