Government always pays attention to Almaty - cradle of our independence: N.Nazarbayev

The President noted that the state allocated KZT 16.5 for the construction of the estate. He said that new owners get new modern apartments with good infrastructure and furnishings. "A school for your children, hospital, shops and sport complex will be here. O am glad that so many city residents get these apartments today", the Head of the State said.

The President reminded that this was the first order of the housing. 2 300 more apartments will be put into service by the end of the year. The second order is constructed for those who are able to buy apartments or get a mortgage.

"The Government always pays special attention to Almaty city, in particular, to such issues as construction of road interchanges, subway and other sport and cultural facilities. The Asian Winter Games will be held here. Many sport felicities are constructed for Almaty residents due to the Games", the Head of the state said.
