The package includes extensive operational, financial, technical and corporate information. Among the data listed for transfer are airline flight records, pricing and revenue data, booking information, maintenance records, fuel data, employee records, internal documents, software and source code.

The scale of some of the datasets is substantial. The package includes records covering 763,391 Spirit flights, 57.4 million scheduled flights, 190.3 million passenger name records, 7.5 billion transactions and 3.5 billion fare-basis observations. It also includes data from about 100 million emails, 17 million OneDrive files, 20.6 million SharePoint files and 500 million Microsoft Teams records.

Google is also set to receive source code repositories for Spirit's web, mobile and backend systems, covering about 30 million lines of code, along with pull requests, commit histories, issues and software testing artifacts.

The agreement specifically excludes personal data, including Spirit's customer list, as well as privileged legal materials. Before the transfer, the data must undergo a deidentification process designed to prevent it from being associated with or used to infer information about individual consumers.

Google has also committed to keeping the data deidentified and not intentionally associating it with any person or household. The agreement allows Google to transfer the deidentified data to third parties, provided they are contractually required to follow the same restrictions.

Earlier, Qazinform News Agency reported that Google introduced a new sign-language-to-text model designed to help Deaf and hard of hearing users communicate through their phones.
