GlaxoSmithKline to help Kazakhstan fight with adulterated drugs

ASTANA. May 29. KAZINFORM Kazakh Healthcare Ministry and British GlaxoSmithKline plc, one of the leading pharmaceutical companies in the world, signed a memo of cooperation in healthcare and pharmaceutical support, the Kazakh Ministry's press service said.

One of the underlying purposes of the Salamatty Kazakhstan state-run program is to improve health of Kazakhstanis  raising efficiency of state agencies, public organizations and other concerned structures.

GlaxoSmithKline is set to help Kazakhstan fight with counterfeit drugs.  Besides, the parties agreed on direct supplies of drugs with no analogues in Kazakhstan to save funds and channel those means for other needs.
