Girl, 8, drowns in unclear circumstances

PETROPAVLOVSK. KAZINFORM - An 8-year-old girl tragically drowned in North Kazakhstan region on Saturday, local authorities say.
According to reports, the accident occurred at an artificial reservoir on May 9 at 16:00 p.m. in Vozvyshenka village. The girl's lifeless body was pulled out of the water by locals. A special group has been formed to investigate the case.
