General Prosecutor reports to President of Kazakhstan

Kazakhstan President stressed the importance of the recent changes in the law enforcement system and noted that they will help to reduce the level of crime in the country. General Prosecutor said that 93% of applications from citizens to law enforcement agencies began have been considered within three days. The overall level of crime in the country decreased by 5.7%, while the number of extremely grievous crimes decreased by 21%, grievous crimes - 22%. A.Daulbayev also informed N. Nazarbayev on prosecution authorities' activity related to the protection of labor rights, interests of socially vulnerable groups, support of entrepreneurship. Following the meeting, the Head of State gave instructions aimed at further strengthening the rule of law, strengthening the guarantees of rights and freedoms of Kazakhstani citizens.
