On Friday, December 8, most parts of Kazakhstan will stay under the impact of a cold northwestern cyclone with frosty weather and no precipitation forecas, Kazinform News Agency cites Kazhydromet.
Southern and eastern regions will see precipitation (rain and snow), while black ice will cover the roads.
Ground blizzard is expected to hit eastern regions as well.
Fog and strong wind are forecast countrywide.
