Frosts expected across Kazakhstan on Sept 4

ASTANA. KAZINFORM - Weather with precipitation will be in most parts of Kazakhstan on September 4, Kazhydromet reported.
In the north, north-west of the country fog is expected. Strong winds up to 15-20 m/s will occur in South Kazakhstan, Mangystau, East Kazakhstan regions. Fog will also cover Kostanay and North Kazakhstan regions. The service informed that frosts with temperatures dropping in some places to 0 - 5 degrees Centigrade above zero are expected in Kostanay, Akmola, Karaganda, Pavlodar and North Kazakhstan regions at night on September 4. Extremely high fire danger will remain in the south, west, north-west, east, south-east and center of the country.
