French delegation arrives for Nur Otan Congress

ASTANA. May 14. KAZINFORM A French delegation with Deputy of the French National Assembly, Head of the ?France-Kazakhstan? Parliamentary Friendship Group Thierry Mariani in the head, arrived in Kazakhstan for participation in the XII extraordinary congress of the Nur Otan National Democratic Party.
Majilis Vice Chairman Zhanybek Karibzhanov has received the delegation today.
Z.Karibzhanov told about the legislative activity of Kazakhstan's Parliament in the conditions of the world financial crisis, and the upcoming international scientific conference ?Modern Kazakhstan and ?Path to Europe? to be held by the Majilis on May 21-22. He backed all measures on promotion of the interparliamentarian integration, strenghtneing of bilateral political, economic, cultural and humanitarian contacts between the two countries' parliaments.
