Four rescued in helicopter crash in Caspian Sea

BAKU. July 13. KAZINFORM The Mil Mi-8 helicopter that crashed into the Caspian Sea on Sunday was carrying three crewmembers and three oilrig workers, a source at Azerbaijani Airlines told Itar-Tass; Kazinform cites Itar-Tass.
He said four persons, including all the crewmembers, were rescued. The Caspian flotilla and divers are searching for the possible survivors.
The helicopter was flying from an oilrig of the State Oil Company of the Azerbaijani Republic (SOCAR) located in the Gyuneshli bloc, about 100-120 kilometers away from the shore.
A similar accident occurred in October 2007. That crash killed everyone onboard; Kazinform refers to Itar-Tass.
