Forum of Chinese-Kazakh business circles held in Astana

On Monday, September 26, the Forum of Chinese-Kazakh business circles was held in Astana. Organizers are the Chinese Ministry of Commerce, Kazakh Ministry of Industry and New Technologies and Каznex Invest JSC.

Chairman of the Standing Committee of the National People's Congress of China Wu Bangguo, Chinese Ambassador to Kazakhstan Zhou Li, First Deputy Prime Minister of Kazakhstan Umirzak Shukeyev, Deputy Chairman of the Board of SamrukKazyna National Welfare Fund Aidan Karibzhanov as well as diplomats of the Chinese Embassy and representatives of companies of the two countries took part in it.

Within the Forum Kazakh Minister of Industry and New Technologies Asset Issekeshev and Chairman of the Standing Committee of the National People's Congress of China Wu Bangguo signed an agreement on technical assistance as a grant to the Government of Kazakhstan from the Government of the People's Republic of China.
