Foreign investment in processing industry grew by 90%

ASTANA. KAZINFORM - Since the establishment of the Customs Union, the volume of direct investments in the processing industry of Kazakhstan has grown by more than 90%, this has been reported today by the Director of International Economic Integration of the Ministry of Economy and Budget Planning Yernar Bakenov at a briefing in Central Communications Service.
On average, foreign direct investment in the economy since the establishment of the CU increased by 34 %. According to Bakenov, these facts are the result of a series of measures undertaken by the Government and the industrialization of the economy.
