Fog rules the day in Kazakhstan on Friday

ASTANA. KAZINFORM - December 19 in the west and south of Kazakhstan unstable weather will persist, according to the website of the Emergency Committee under the Ministry of Interior with reference to Kazhydromet.
Strong wind with gusts up to 19-24 mps will blow in the area of Alakol lakes, Almaty region. Foggy weather is expected in Akmola, Kyzylorda, Atyrau, Aktobe, North Kazakhstan, Pavlodar, Karaganda, East Kazakhstan, Zhambyl, South Kazakhstan regions. Fog and black ice will persist in Kostanay, West Kazakhstan, and Mangystau regions.
